QGIS Plugins

  • Time Manager adds time controls to QGIS. Using these time controls, you can animate vector features based on a time attribute. There is also an experimental raster layer support. You can create animations directly in the map window and export image series.
  • pgRoutingLayer adds a dockable widget that serves as a frontend for PostGIS pgRouting. It offers comfortable access to many of pgRouting’s functions.

I have never installed a QGIS plugin other than “fetching” the plugin from a repository. I have downloaded the timemanager.zip from the project page, so how can I get it installed in QGIS? Thanks.

That worked perfect, as well as setting up the repository feed. thanks for the succinct answer.
