5. QGIS Hackfest in Lisbon 2011

In spring 2011, the Quantum GIS project will hold a QGIS Developer Meeting, aka ‘QGIS Hackfest’ in Lisbon, Portugal. Proposed dates  are (both Thursday to Monday):
